In POSYX, stock is derived from movements (purchases, adjustments, sales, and receipts). That keeps inventory auditable and consistent across devices.
Stock Count
Use stock count to correct your on-hand quantity based on a physical count.
Stock Adjustments
Record shrinkage, damages, corrections, or manual updates with a reason.
Cash Purchases
Record purchases that increase stock (and optionally update product pricing).
Stock rules (important)
- Stock is calculated from movements (audit-friendly).
- If something looks wrong, use Stock Count or an Adjustment — avoid “guessing” quantities.
- When you sell, stock decreases; when you purchase/receive, stock increases.
- Offline changes are saved locally and sync when online.
