System Tester (QA)

Remote / HybridContract or Part-time

Help us validate real-world POS workflows: sales, stock, suppliers, offline sync, and reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Run end-to-end tests across Sales, Inventory, Suppliers, and Reports
  • Verify offline-first behavior (airplane mode tests) and sync recovery
  • Document reproducible steps, screenshots, and expected vs actual results
  • Suggest usability improvements for speed at the counter
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to testing
  • Comfortable with web apps and basic troubleshooting
  • Ability to write clear bug reports and test checklists

Marketing Agent

Remote / FieldCommission-based

Help retailers discover POSYX. You’ll generate leads, book demos, and support onboarding conversations.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach shops that need a modern POS
  • Book demos and collect basic shop requirements (lanes, hardware, inventory size)
  • Support the team with rollout coordination and follow-ups
  • Represent POSYX professionally and gather product feedback
Requirements
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable doing outreach and field visits (if local)
  • Basic understanding of retail operations is a plus
