System Tester (QA)
Remote / HybridContract or Part-time
Help us validate real-world POS workflows: sales, stock, suppliers, offline sync, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end tests across Sales, Inventory, Suppliers, and Reports
- Verify offline-first behavior (airplane mode tests) and sync recovery
- Document reproducible steps, screenshots, and expected vs actual results
- Suggest usability improvements for speed at the counter
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to testing
- Comfortable with web apps and basic troubleshooting
- Ability to write clear bug reports and test checklists
Marketing Agent
Remote / FieldCommission-based
Help retailers discover POSYX. You’ll generate leads, book demos, and support onboarding conversations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach shops that need a modern POS
- Book demos and collect basic shop requirements (lanes, hardware, inventory size)
- Support the team with rollout coordination and follow-ups
- Represent POSYX professionally and gather product feedback
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable doing outreach and field visits (if local)
- Basic understanding of retail operations is a plus
