Manage suppliers and restock correctly
Use suppliers and orders to track what you ordered, what you received, and how inventory changed — even if you’re offline during receiving.
1) Create suppliers
Add supplier details so orders and receiving can be tracked cleanly.
3) Receive into stock
Enter received quantities and complete receiving to increase inventory.
Receiving rules (important)
- Receiving creates stock movements that increase inventory.
- Partial receiving is supported: you can receive some items now and the rest later.
- If you’re offline, receiving still saves locally first and syncs later.
- Avoid receiving more than ordered — keep quantities accurate to prevent stock drift.
Want to validate stock after receiving?
Use Reports to confirm stock levels, or run a Stock Count if you need a physical verification.
